Strength and Conditioning Center: Where student-athletes go to reach their ultimate potential

The Bulldog Strength and Conditioning Center, recipient of a Facilities of Merit Award from Athletic Business magazine, is second to none. At 10,000 square feet, its spacious interior accommodates up to six entire teams at once, making workouts efficient in an atmosphere of camaraderie.

With its high ceilings and a wall of windows, the center is open and bright, an inviting place for our 550 student-athletes and their coaches. Equipped with 12 weight platforms, 30 cardio/weight stations, a nutrition station, and an indoor turf sprint area, the Center ensures that every student-athlete trains in the most biomechanically sound manner possible. The result? Competition at a higher level, with better on-field performances by stronger, faster athletes who are prone to fewer injuries.
